SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are dealing with record numbers of packages being shipped each day. While this has become our new normal, from time to time, even our best shipping carriers experience delays in delivering orders. Please understand that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive. We ask for your patience and understanding as this is out of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in New York, you’ll get it quicker than if you live in Alaska or Hawaii. Our carrier is UPS Ground which delivers to businesses and homes in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Transit times are between one to five business days, with Saturday delivery standard to most residential addresses. Please note that the Standard delivery range will vary depending on your zip code. An estimated range will be provided at checkout based on your zip code.
Standard Delivery
Orders placed before Noon EST will be processed and scheduled for pickup from our warehouses within 24-48 hours
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Expedited Shipping is available on orders placed before Noon EST Monday - Friday. Orders placed before Noon EST, will arrive the following business day, by the end of the day. Orders placed over a weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Next Day Shipping is only available to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states. It is NOT valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed on the following holidays are not eligible for Next Day Shipping: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
International Shipping
If you are placing an order from another country, when you entered our site, you should have seen a pop-up window asking you to choose your country and explaining any country-specific shipping charges as well as any additional duties and taxes. With few exceptions, our international carrier is UPS offering Expedited and UPS Ground options.
Return Policy
In the event of a lost or damaged order, please contact our Customer Service Team who will help you. Please have your shipping confirmation number or tracking number emailed to you after placing your order available when calling.

NM Bags USA prides itself on unparalleled customer service. Our goal is to make sure the photographers and filmmakers who share our passion are completely satisfied.
However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. You have 15 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. Please include a copy of the packing list, a note explaining the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange of equal value or to be credited (excluding shipping). While there is no restocking fee, shipping charges, if we provide you a return shipping label, will not be refunded.

Domestic Return Process
There is no restocking fee for returns. However, if we provide you a return shipping label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
To return an item please log into the My Account page. Click on the Return Items? link to the right of the order number and follow the instructions. A return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If you do not receive the label after 24 hours, please email us at support@nmbasgs.com and include your order number.
International Return Process
Return your item using your preferred carrier, whether that is UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Credit will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
